Tax Return Review – Rental Properties/Dishwasher Rule

“Bob and Sue” are over 70.5, taking social security, and have several rental properties. Even when the client is in an overall great tax situation there are always things we can review with them, including whether they are happy receiving a large refund and whether they have really considered all possible expenses for their rental properties.
